The Parliamentary Cabinet Oana Bîzgan (hereinafter called the “Cabinet”), as an active participant in the Romanian political life, commits to respect the principles of processing the personal data of the persons concerned and its obligations incumbent upon the Regulation as well as the Law.
Thus, the Cabinet provides you with this information regarding the processing of personal data collected on this website in order to ensure the transparency of the online activities that the Cabinet performs.
The Cabinet is committed to a safe and responsible management of personal data and to transparency in associated processes. Therefore, the Cabinet wants to ensure an informed use of the website, informing the public through this page how the personal data of visitors to the oanabizgan.com website is used.
The Cabinet hereby informs you that your personal data is collected and used in a very small proportion. The security and privacy of your data is very important to us. Thereby, as a fundamental principle, your information is never sold or leased by the Cabinet to third parties.

- The Definition of personal data

Considering the issues mentioned in the previous paragraph, we inform you that, for technical reasons, some specific data is automatically collected once you visit the Cabinet website (example: IP address) that your Internet Provider assigns to your computer on Internet connection, or information about the website you visited on the Cabinet website or web browser you are using (technical information).
This technical information may also be personal data, but only in individual and isolated cases. As a rule, we use technical information in the most common cases only to the extent that they are required for technical reasons for operating the Cabinet’s website and protecting it from attacks and abuses.

You can unsubscribe anytime from the Cabinet Newsletter by sending an email with the subject “Unsubscribe” to the email address dezabonare@oanabizgan.com, and we assume the obligation to implement your request within 48 working hours from the moment we received your email.

If you have provided to the Cabinet your name and surname, we will use them to personalize the emails you receive from the Cabinet.
c). Phone number
If you sent the Cabinet the telephone number, we will use it to contact you about the requests, proposals or information you have submitted to us for the purpose of resolving, adopting and / or communicating them in the context of the Cabinet’s initiatives or actions to which you can participate and / or the current work of the Cabinet.
d). County and City of Residence
If you provided to the Cabinet your County and / or City of Residence, we use this data to understand the relevance of your geographic location to the Cabinet’s work and the possibility of your involvement in the actions it carries out.
e). Competencies and available time
If you have provided the Cabinet with your skills and available time in the application form to become a volunteer in the Cabinet’s activity, we use this data to understand the contribution you can make to Cabinet projects and the time you can spend on volunteering.
f). Browser / IP / device data
If you have agreed to collect the Browser, IP, and / or Device details in the technical systems used by the Cabinet, we use this data to determine how you use the Cabinet’s website, so that we make the necessary changes to make it easier for you to find the information you are looking for.

The Cabinet has never sold and will never sell personal data to third parties.
The only entities that have access to user data on the Cabinet’s website are the Cabinet staff and the external service providers specific to and necessary to the Cabinet’s work (example: communication agencies) with which we collaborate on contracts containing privacy clauses in accordance with laws in force.

Please understand that the implementation of your refusal / withdrawal from the technical systems managed by the Cabinet requires time. Therefore, until further notice, you may receive further messages from the Cabinet. The deadline for settling your application is 30 calendar days. This period may be extended by two months where necessary, taking into account the complexity and the number of applications. The Cabinet, as an operator, will inform you of any such extension within one month of receipt of the request, giving you the reasons for the delay.
In so far as we process your personal data, you have the right to be informed about the purposes of the processing, the categories of processed personal data, the recipient of such personal data, the duration of the storage, your rights, the origin of the personal data and the existence of a automated decision-making methods. This information is free of charges.
You are entitled to request the rectification of erroneous or incomplete personal data that concerns you. You have the right to request the deletion of personal data concerning you insofar as the data processing has been unlawfully performed and there are no legal obligations on the part of the Cabinet to contravene a deletion.
You are entitled to request that you restrict your data processing as you deem necessary.
You are entitled to request the submission of your data, which you have sent to the Cabinet in a well-structured, customary and legible format. You have the right to data portability, which means that personal data is transmitted by the Cabinet directly to another operator (similar to the specific) as far as technically possible.
You have the right to file a complaint with the National Supervisory Authority for Personal Data Collection, 28-30 G-ral. Gheorghe Magheru Blvd, 1st District, postal code 010336, Bucharest, Romania if your rights to data protection were violated.
